Prashant Sankaran, Chief Executive Officer, Prashant has two decades of multiple industry experience spanning oil, banking, retail, technology and offshore BPO industries. Prior to Blueshift he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Indecomm Global Services, one of India’s premier BPO company funded by Westbridge and IFC. His track record also includes setting up of Hewlett Packard’s (Digital GlobalSoft) contact centre in India and growing it to a 2500+ people entity in 2 years. He has also worked in HR leadership roles with Motorola, Digital, Coats Viyella etc.

Prashant brings to Blueshift a rare combination of deep people domain skills topped with proven competence in leading high growth, process driven businesses.

Dr. Sankaran P. Raghunathan, Chief Operating Officer, Sankaran completed his doctorate in International Business from Temple University, Philedelphia, USA, and went on to create this international organization along with Valmiki. Sankaran has significant experience in the education field, having taught at Rutgers, Emory University and U 21 Global. He has also worked in the technology industry, having run his own technology consulting organization.

Blueshift benefits from Sankaran’s high level of conceptual skills, out-of-the-box thinking, technology vision and expertise in the field of education.

Valmiki P. Raghunathan, Head of Global Sales, Valmiki co-founded Blueshift along with Sankaran in 1993. He has been responsible for steering the company through the good and the tough times, building relationships with marquee customers and ensuring its credibility was established in international markets. Prior to Blueshift, Val worked in a large technology multinational, handling software development, quality assurance, project management, and customer account management.

Val’s expertise in the software industry, knowledge of international markets and his entrepreneurial spirit help Blueshift design appropriate technology solutions to add value to its customers.

Dr. P.V.Indiresan, member of the Board of Directors / is a former Director, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is currently the President of Indian National Academy of Engineers, and a member of the Indian Prime Minister's Task Force on Information Technology. He serves on various committees at the Union and State level.

Dr. Jagdish Sheth, a renowned management consultant, is an advisor to Blueshift on corporate strategy and service delivery issues. Dr. Sheth is the Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Marketing at the Emory Business School and is the Founder Director of the Center for Telecommunications Management (CTM). He is an acknowledged expert on marketing and corporate strategy and serves as a consultant to firms such as AT&T, BellSouth, Northern Telecom, General Motors, Citicorp, 3M, Allstate Insurance, Bechtel, John Hancock, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Rockwell International, Pillsbury, Philips and Sprint, among others.
